Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days as all items are made-to-order and printed specifically for you after purchase.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order at support@auralionics.com.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Delivery within the USA typically takes 5–10 business days after your order has been produced. Total estimated time from order to delivery is 7–15 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery times vary depending on your location and local customs processing. International orders may take longer than domestic orders.
Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. See our full Refund & Return Policy for details.
When can I get a refund?
Refunds are issued for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Can I return custom or printed items?
Since all items are made-to-order, returns are limited to valid cases only (defective or incorrect items). We are unable to accept returns for wrong size selections or change of mind.

How do I choose the right size?

Are the designs printed or stitched?
All designs are high-quality printed using premium direct-to-garment (DTG) or sublimation techniques, depending on the product. This ensures vibrant, long-lasting results.

Why are your products made-to-order?
We use a print-on-demand model to reduce waste, avoid overproduction, and ensure every item is freshly made for you. This approach is better for the environment and guarantees quality on every order.
Will my product look exactly like the image?
We strive for accuracy, but slight variations in color or print may occur due to differences in screen calibration and printing processes. These are minor and do not affect the overall quality of the product.
